Who we are….

The 2025 launch of Amplify, is the culmination of the shared vision of Adam Woodley, entrepreneurial Founder and CEO, and experienced leaders from the EV infrastructure sector, Stuart Douglas (COO) and Anne Buckingham (CCO). Built on the solid foundation of Parent Company Sinewave and the significant career experience of building and deploying CPO networks for themselves and for some of the UK’s leading client charge point operators, Amplify use this best practice to help effectively design, deliver and operate high quality, regulation compliant charging infrastructure for our customers. Founded in 2015 Sinewave are now a multi million pound independent connection provider (ICP), accredited by Lloyds under the national electricity registration scheme (NERS). Privately owned, the team is over 115 strong, with it’s dedicated EV sister business Amplify, and together, we are focussed on ensuring that everything we do will always be a power for good. Sinewave and Amplify put people and planet at the forefront - we are the only BCorp Certified ICP in the world.
